DFC and Janis Mayers are excited to be announcing plans for round two of our Fitness Boot camp classes! Classes will run Saturday mornings from 10:30am – 11:30am starting April 20th to May 25. Spaces are limited and a small, refundable deposit will be required to secure your spot. All members are welcome to sign up for this!
DFC and Kathryn Payne are happy to announce plans and dates for Iyengar Yoga classes! Classes will start up again on Monday April 15 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm and run each Monday evening thereafter. There is space for a maximum of 8 participants per class! No need to sign up, just be one of the first eight to arrive to secure your spot. There is a sliding scale fee of $5.00 – $20.00 per class.
