Michael really out did himself today.
In our glorious newly renovated kitchen in the Community Room
we prepared a delicious Picnic Style Feast:
We had buttermilk basted crispy oven fried chicken,
with his homemade plum sauce
cole slaw of red cabbage and carrots,
heaps of yummy potato salad,
fresh french stick
and for dessert! Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream!!
It was delicious.
